Real Wedding – Heather & Barry

Real Wedding – Heather & Barry

Heather and Barry got married at the stunning Tankersley Manor in April 2022.

The choice of a former 17th-century residence as the venue adds a touch of historical charm to their special day.

The floral theme of Spring, light, and airy was delightful and perfectly suited for an April wedding. Heather had a clear vision for the style she wanted, and our discussion about her preferences helped create a stunning atmosphere for the event.

The choice of pastel colours and a variety of flowers, including roses, Astrantia, Freesia, Stocks, Sweet peas, Rosemary, Eucalyptus, and Dried Lavender, reflects the freshness and vibrancy of the Spring season. The addition of fragrance to the bridal bouquet added an extra sensory dimension to Heather’s walk down the aisle.

The decision to focus on the bridal party flowers allowed for a more impactful and cohesive look. The Gypsophilia bouquets for the bridesmaids, adorned with dried Lavender, sound both simple and lovely, providing a delightful aroma as they accompanied Heather. Also accompanying the bridesmaids was the grooms mans buttonholes so the look carried through the bridal party.

The use of trailing fake silk ribbon to bind the bouquets adds a touch of elegance, contributing to the overall aesthetic.
