Lucy and Sean’s wedding at Hooton Pagnell Hall in October 2022 was absolutely stunning, and the pastel theme complemented the rustic charm of the barn beautifully. Hooton Pagnell Hall, being a Grade II* listed venue in the South Yorkshire countryside, provided a picturesque backdrop for their special day.

Lucy wanted to create  a cohesive and charming atmosphere throughout the venue. The full wedding set up, included the Ceremony table that doubled as the Top table decor, set the tone for the entire floral design. The glass cylinder vases with floating candles added a touch of elegance and created a romantic ambiance.

The floral wreaths on each table with a single cylinder vase and floating candle, along with tea lights, created a warm and inviting atmosphere for guests. The staircase adorned with floral meadows and additional vases with floating candles added another layer of charm to the barn, contributing to a lovely overall ambience.

The bridal flowers, including bouquets for Lucy and her maids, as well as a floral hoop for the flower girl. The colours from the bouquets popped of the bridesmaids’ dresses perfectly, adding to the visual appeal of the celebration.

The strategic placement of the bouquets on the stair ledge in their own vases, along with scattered tea lights, demonstrated attention to detail and creates another focal point for guests to enjoy.

The selection of flowers, including Roses, Delphinium, Astrantia, Astilbe, Eustoma, Blue thistle, Stocks, Eucalyptus, and pittosporum, offers a diverse and visually appealing arrangement, bringing the pastel theme to life.
